Christina offers over 17 years of Title Closing experience. Starting her career for a small “mom and pop” company that conceptually taught her everything about the title industry. From opening to closing a file, smoothly and effectively. From there she took her powerful knowledge and went to work for a large company that closed over 400 deals a month. After seven years with that company, she decided to take her expertise in the real estate industry further. Christina opened Performance Title in 2006 and really prides herself on providing her customers with personal service and detailed attention. Every deal is a big deal! We go above and beyond to execute the most efficient closings possible.

Christina and staff take there transactions seriously, even catering to after hour, off-site closings. Making themselves available around the clock. They don’t just Perform… they Deliver! Aside from Christina’s extensive career, she’s the mother of three. Her family means everything to her. Christina has a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, where she was part of an Accounting Honors Scholars Program.
